Skill modules for your institution
What each lab delivers for your students and your school.
01
Public Speaking / Speech Lab
Gives your students a repeatable method for speaking in public — assembly addresses, debates, interviews, and viva. Soft-spoken students are coached individually rather than left at the back of the room.
02
Academic Competitions (World Scholars Cup Mentorship)
A structured competitive pathway for your institution: Regional Rounds, Global Rounds, and the Tournament of Champions at Yale University — with team formation, syllabus coverage, and round preparation handled by our mentors.
03
AI Literacy (Entrepreneur's Lab / Neura)
Positions your school ahead on AI readiness: students learn to use AI tools deliberately and ethically, while Neura's diagnostics give teachers evidence of progress. Delivered in partnership with Dream3T.

Impact & testimonials — case study
Twelve Students. Four Teams. One Unbroken Journey.
How a Karachi-to-Lahore mentorship initiative achieved a clean-sweep qualification for the WSC Global Rounds in Bangkok and set sight on Yale University.
The challenge & context
The Ivy School (Gulmohar Campus, Clifton, Karachi) — led by Campus Head Muneera Nadeem, CEO Sir Ali Anwarzada, and Principal Ms. Aleeha Hashim — wanted to expand students’ horizons beyond conventional MUNs into structured, theme-based global platforms.
Initial hesitation: a Lahore-based team coaching Karachi students remotely, managing teenage engagement online, and covering an intensive 6-subject syllabus.
The Skillabs approach
Structured Orientation
Direct, transparent buy-in from students and parents from day one.
Relentless Mentorship
Consistent curriculum delivery by Coach Zeenur, adapting pacing to student needs with individualized feedback.
Continuous Collaboration
Open feedback loops between Ivy School administration and the Skillabs team.
Milestones & breakthrough moments
Lahore Regional Rounds
The Ivy School attended as the lone participating contingent from Karachi — all 12 students, across 4 teams, medaled.
The Hotel Celebration
The moment the Skillabs team confirmed all four teams had qualified for the Global Round.
Individual Transformation
A previously soft-spoken student, hesitant to speak in small groups, gained the confidence after a year of training to volunteer and address an auditorium of 50 peers without a microphone.
Global Stage
Teams advancing to Bangkok for the Global Rounds, aiming for the Tournament of Champions at Yale University.
“If another school head were sitting across from me, I would recommend Skillabs without hesitation. The combo of critical thinking, theme-based curriculum, and genuine emotional investment in every child makes all the difference.”
