Week 1
Introductory Meeting & Goal Setting – Overview of program goals and individual intern objectives.
Week 2
Mentor-Led Objective Work – Begin work on the first objective with mentor guidance.
Week 3
Deliverables Presentation – Submit initial deliverables to complete the first objective.
Week 4
Department Analysis & Research Workshop – Identify ways to add value; start targeted research.
Week 5
Problem-Solution Presentation – Present research-based problems and solutions to the mentor; focus on primary research.
Week 6
Solution Pitch to Company – Propose a solution to the company based on findings and start working on its implementation.
Week 7
Final Presentation Preparation – Develop a comprehensive presentation of the contributions and keep working on the solution (record short term improvements).
Week 8
Final Presentation to Company – Present final project outcomes and impact of your solutions to the company team.
While our meetings are going to be virtual, the company you are placed in may call you for physical presentations, if possible.
We are opening applications to students from Pakistan and Tanzania. We receive applications in bulk; therefore, we select the students demonstrating the greatest willingness to learn and execute.
While you will be allotted departments based on your skill-sets, we will have training sessions to help you identify, solve, and present a problem in front of C-Executives of Businesses.
